The cash prize for each game is calculated as a percentage of the total dollar value of the cards for the current game. Is there always a winner? Yes. Every game always has a winner. What happens if there is more than one winner? In the event of more than one winner, the game jackpot is split equally among the winning players. How do I get paid when I win? Open the Cashier and select the "Cash Out" option. The cash out form will allow you to specify the withdrawal amount and payment method. You can expect a response from our accounts department within 24 hours. Technical Questions How do I buy cards? In order to play you need to buy cards either from the main game interface or from the "Advanced Buy" Menu at the top of the game interface. "Advanced Buy" provides the following options: - Auto Buy: setup the game to buy cards on auto-pilot for you! - Scheduled Buy: buy cards for future games from a game schedule listing. Can I buy cards in advance? You may buy as many cards as you wish, up to 24 hours in advance. To buy cards in advance, log into Player Homepage or open the Game and select "Buy Cards". You can select the number of cards and the games you wish to play from the menu provided. How many cards can I buy? You can buy between 1 and 50 cards per game in the Main Room, and 1 and 100 in the High Rollers Room. REMEMBER: The more cards you buy the higher your chances of winning. Although there are only 6 cards visible at a time on your screen, you can scroll across to view the rest, and the game software automatically keeps track of all your cards, and informs you if you win. Also, your best card is always indicated in the Best Card window.
Can I keep the same cards for the next game? This is not possible due to the fact that new and unique cards are generated by the system to ensure that everyone has a fair and equal chance of winning. How do I keep track of how well my cards are doing? Each card always has the number of "Balls to Bingo" prominently displayed on it. In addition to this "Your Best Card" is always sorted to the top. How do I call BINGO? The game will call BINGO for you automatically, when it detects that you successfully formed the winning pattern. How long does a game last? At Crazy Vegas Bingo, there is a game every 6 minutes. The average game normally lasts between 2 - 4 minutes. How many people will I be playing with? That will depend on how many players are currently in the game. Check the player list above the chat area to see how many players are in the room with you. Player numbers vary from the time of day, to day of the week, to the specials on at the time, but it's always fun!! Where can I chat? You can currently join any game in progress provided that no more than 10 balls have been called for the game in question. If I join a game in progress do I have less of a chance of winning? The odds of winning a game are not diminished if you enter the game after it has already started. When you enter the game your card(s) are automatically daubed with all numbers that have been called thus far in the game. How long can I play without being disconnected? Depending on your Internet connection, you can stay in the game for as long as you like. Remember that you don't even have to be at your computer if you have bought cards in advance or have Auto Buy turned on. When I login, can I remain anonymous? Your Nickname is the only identification that the other players will see. We encourage players to be creative in choosing a unique Nickname. Be aware that an alias can only be selected once. It is not possible to change your alias after you have selected it. I forgot my Password and/or Nickname. How can I find out what it is? We will automatically email your account ID and password, to the email addresses you provided when you registered. How old do I have to be to play? What happens if I get a BINGO, but I'm not credited with the points? Can I transfer my points to another player? No, you cannot transfer your points to another player.

The majority of our games are fairly competitive, and we do not believe that it would be much fun or fair playing against just one other player. Why do you have to purchase 4 cards to qualify for chat bonuses? If we did not have this rule, a player would be able to sign up, and without buying a single card, earn bonus bucks which they can then use to buy cards,and win other players real money, without ever spending any of their own. Bonuses are an added incentive, a reward for players who have actually deposited their own money. How much are bonuses? The bonuses vary - the ordinary chat games, like BBALL, gobins, and trivia are worth $1 BBz each, while the special games are worth $5 BBz each see the 'Play!' page for all the latest games & specials. The game is still fairly new and has not been tested for all browsers & computer platforms. We have found that it works best for Internet Explorer on a PC computer.
